horrible crime of rajkot police.... gujarat

Few days back one Mr. Ravi Ganatra of rajkot aproach to rajkot police. He complain that two robbers riding on bike robbed him with cell phone and Rs. 7000/-. This poor guy is working in A small time shope the money robbed belongs to shoap owner and he suppose to return It next day. Now police start investigating and after some time they start suspecting Mr. Ganatra about Foul play and ultimately they start questioning Mr. ganatra(read special police treatment which involves hitting by beit and other means). Ultimately ganatra broke down an confess that he commit the crime and spend all amount in his friends birthday bash (how ridiculas he is earning mere 1500/- bucks and he is spending 7000/- on some one else’s birthday). Anyway story ends here and police think they solve the case.

But after couple of days other police on patrol nabbed two person on same type of bike Mr. Ravi reported. They even found mobile phone which Mr. Ganatra said is missing. After some questions they confess their crime. Ironically one of the person is son of police office.


Now I need answer from police.
Who will pay for Mr. Ganatra’s mental harrasment for those two days.
Why they don’t take proper complaint? What is your duty?
Just because that guy is poor you didn’t take his complaint ?

This is true incident happened between 4th-8th dec. 2005 at Rajkot ,state- gujarat ,india.
